Please make sure they stamp this letter of intent RECEIVED and dated and make sure you have a copy for your records. POLE also request a copy of this for your file so that we have proof while working with you that you are legally homeschooling your child. If you have any problems getting this done, please e-mail us the information and the name of the person you have the problem with. This information will be forwarded to Laura Graham in Frankfort. When you have completed this form, your child is no longer enrolled in public school. The child must have all books turned in and fees paid. Please obtain your child's records by submitting a written letter to the school and ensure they give you a stamped copy that it was received. |
